Steel Division Monument
8:30 - 9:30
A replica of the monument that existed in the city Yamit until the evacuation of Sinai. Steel Division (Division 84) during the Six Day War, occupied the Rafiah opening area in the hard and bloody battles. After the conquest, the Rafiah opening was opened through the breach to Sinai, which allowed the 84th Division to reach the Suez Canal.
An Israeli meal in the moshav
In an authentic rural home atmosphere, in peace and quiet, in a green garden connected to a farm, in a cozy and spacious pavilion covered with wood, awaits you a delicious and healthy meal. The meal is served in a buffet. In the menu: falafel, hummus, shakshuka (eggs), pitas. Salads: cabbage salad with sesame seeds, lettuce salad with cherries and pecans, vegetable salad, pickles from the yard. Desserts: salty and sweet cookies. Coffee, tea, cold water and lemonade.

In the artist's home
The sculptor suffered trauma as a result of a rocket launch from the Gaza Strip that fell ten meters from the blacksmith shop. At that moment he decided out of the chaos to create symbols of peace and flowers from rocket parts, thus acquiring for himself a world recognition . The artist gives a lecture along with a demonstration of his work with metals. The artist's works are offered for sale.

A musical performance by local artists
A virtuoso performance by the soloists in a variety of special musical instruments and exciting singing styles! Melodies and songs from all times and countries with a presentation of the musical instruments! From the experience of twenty years of artistic activity, they have known almost all of Israel's stages, in solo performances or in tandem with other well-known Israeli artists! They successfully perform abroad - Japan, France, US, Canada, Germany and more... Their performance is full of joy!

Museum of Yamit
Moshav Dekel was established by families who were evacuated from the Yamit region in the spring of 1982, as part of the peace agreement with Egypt and decided to rebuild their home in the Negev. The visitor center "Haggadat Hevel Yamit" brings the story of the dreamers to bloom the desert again.
